![]() ![]() Being a luxury care dealership I would think that they would pride themselves on customer service and selling cars that are safe for their customers and their families. Certainly I didn't think the car I bought would need everything replaced as soon as it rolled off the truck. I understand the risk of buying a used car from a dealership "as is" and that things will need to be address with any car at some point. When the sales agreement came to my house in the mail, it was about $800 dollars more expensive. Another issue was that the car was listed for 9995 on. But instead of doing the right thing and owning up to it she just passed the blame and said that I should have done my research. In the end I gave Cindy an opportunity to rectify the situation, even just an apology would have been nice. She then tells me that a negative wouldn't be fair for her sales staff. I told her that is fine I will be leave a review reflecting my experience. At the end of the conversation I asked her if this is how she would like to leave this transaction and she said there was nothing she could do. Needless to say I don't think their mechanics or the inspection company that their sales team referred me to didn't even look at this car. Below is photos of some of the things my mechanic found. She told me that her mechanics do a thorough inspection prior to selling vehicles to make sure that they are road ready and that there is no recourse. I call the sales manager Cindy and talk to her and discuss the repairs. ![]() ![]() The cabin air filter looks like rats were living in it. Tires are dry rotted and split, brake pads are on last limb, sway bars shot, rotors are rusted and pitted excessively. I went to my local mechanic and turns out every single consumable needs to be replaced immediately. Immediately I notice that it was out of alignment and the car pulls to the right and also all 4 tires are different. I buy the car and have it shipped to my state. The inspection report comes back relatively clean, minus a a few small issues. It seemed like a good deal, the sales team suggested getting it inspected and gave me the information to an inspection company and I decided to use the recommended inspection company. I bought a used car from this dealership out of state. I don't know why Edmunds allows them to post this fraud on THEIR website. They bait you with a low price that doesn't exist. So, this tells me that the Dealer is playing games and totally dishonest. Let me add that when I called and said that I was doing so to confirm a price listed on Edmunds, the representative IMMEDIATELY knew what I was talking about as the reply was "that's the $1995.00 down payment price for that car." When I said that I could not find the same car on the dealer's website, I was told "the car is there, you just need to keep scrolling through." I finally asked if they could just tell me the price because I couldn't find it, I was told "we are not allowed to discuss prices over the phone." I was then told "oh, well if you go to the dealer's website, it will show the actual price." I clicked on the link to the dealer's actual website and did not find the vehicle. I then followed the link with the person on the phone and informed them that there was absolutely no place, through any link that indicated this was a down payment price. When I called to question the price, because it seemed low, I was told it's $1995.00 DOWN, and that if I followed the link, it clearly showed that. The car is listed on Edmunds for $1995.00. Thankfully, I called before driving all the way there. Advertised price is the balance owed after a 25% down payment, and does not include tax, title, license inspection, finance charges, lender fees (if a. ![]()
